The room reeked of cigarette smoke, despite being a non-smoking room. I had to ask multiple times for it to be addressed. the bathroom also had mildew. this hotel needs better maintenance.

The staff welcomed me warmly and were always ready to assist. Their attentiveness stood out. The room had wonderful amenities. It included a minibar stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks! The location offered convenient access to nearby attractions, this made exploring the area simple.
The gym equipment looked a little worn. I think some maintenance would improve this.

My room featured two comfortable twin beds and blackout curtains. These ensured restful sleep. There was also a spacious work desk and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. I found these good for staying connected. A tv offered many entertainment options. This added a nice touch.

The location was excellent. Access was convenient from both the beach road and the parallel road. the hotel is situated in close proximity to conveniences, like malls etc.
the staff were unprofessional and not friendly. they scanned my passport without asking me first. when I asked why, they gave a bogus response. "it is for immigration".
